We need to create a website for EVR (Ember Vacation Rentals) that reflects our goal of booking a stay. We want to elevate the Ember brand - a dramatic before and after. Less is more (ideally a few visuals can help us tell our story vs. tons of copy). Elegance, but approachable, and functional - get me what I need quickly. KPI’s: # of stays booked; # of visits to site; # of direct bookings Target Audience: Higher income families and large groups (e.g., we cater to Corporate Retreats, Family Reunions, special occasions) who want an upscale, luxury vacation/retreat experience. Tone and Manner: Approachable luxury Elegant Helpful Mandatories (Can be discussed if better way!): Cross link sites to each other Works for mobile and desktop but optimizes for mobile We have a photographer to help shoot, and a subscription to stock photo house Elements of site: Booking calendar (hostaway supports searching by location, check in date, check out date and # of guests) Show we have nightly vacation homes in multiple locations (e.g., St. George, Bear Lake, 30A, and Park City - coming soon) and details of the home (photos, stats, floor plan/matterport if we have one) Stripe link for payment (somewhere on site) – embed in a tab/button on homepage “Ember your home” (somewhere on site) – for people who have an existing vacation home and want to list with us for nightly rental.
