This job is for a PUERTO VALLARTA AREA LOCAL, to design and furnish a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 65.71 square meter new-build beach front condo in Bucerias, MX (Nuevo Vallarta.) https://viarta.com/tayau-bucerias/ Floor plan is attached. This is a 4th floor Eastward facing condo (sunrise exposure, glass walls 270 degrees,) with ocean views to the North. Already in place is; Sheer curtain shades Blackout curtains Queen size bed frame & mattress 1 set queen bed sheets 1 pair bath towels Designed purpose is for short-term Air BnB-type vacation rentals, so we are looking for medium grade, durable, rental quality furnishings. We have a property manager on hand to provide you site access for measurements and esthetic space review. This job would be responsible for; 1. Creating the interior design to owner's approved standards 2. Shopping the supplies and furnishings to owner's approval (owner will arrange purchase payments either directly with the vendors, or through her property manager,) 3. Coordinating and managing the vendor's delivery and final installation, "ready for occupancy." Here’s the anticipated list of needed furnishings (but subject to your design recommendations): - Outdoor table/4 chairs - 2 bar stools - couch - media cabinet - coffee table or ottoman - queen bedframe (guest room) - 1 queen mattress - 4 end tables for bedrooms - 2 headboards for queen beds - 4 movable lamps in the wall for both bedrooms - Misc items (dishware/silverware/lamps/rugs/textiles/linens/decor/art) - TV (Wall-mounted to swivel) - 3 suitcase holder stands We are seeking a flat fee project bid, please. No hourly nor percentage of purchase job bids are being accepted.
