The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development and machine learning, with a focus on developing an AI-based telemarketing system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing an advanced AI telemarketing software that can engage in semi-automated conversations, pitching our digital marketing services to potential clients. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning algorithms for our AI-based telemarketing software. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to understand their needs and integrate their input into our AI system. Develop conversational models that can handle nuanced sales pitches and basic inquiries. Continually evaluate and improve our AI's conversation abilities based on feedback and metrics. Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technology, and suggest improvements to our systems accordingly. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience in software development and machine learning, particularly in developing conversational AI. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Experience with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn). Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning, with experience in natural language processing (NLP) being highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills: Prior experience developing AI for sales or telemarketing applications. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and services.
