The excel program contains the rules. the data is taken from 2 websites and then provides an automated outcome based upon the couple of variables. 2 websites are: 1. https://www.timebie.com - produce sunrise times for given locations/cities; and 2. https://racingaustralia.horse excel file attached. an example of what needs to be automated is: sunrise brisbane qld for saturday 18th Feb 2023 is located at timebie.com i.e. 5:32am race 1 brisbane (eagle farm race course) is: 12:02pm (racingaustralia.horse) refer excel spreadsheet: 12:02-5:32am = 6:30. refer columns f31 -h31 for further breakdown of the result. the program then needs to find all runners for the race from racingaustralia.horse - click on the date of operation i.e. saturday 18th february 'eagle farm' - select each horses last 2 starts to find the time the race was run. go to timebie.com to select brisbane sunrise for the date in which the last runner ran and complete the same analysis as the above excel spreadsheet.
