Facebook has restricted my business account. Also need help with Google reviews not showing up. - Upwork

| Apibūdinimas: | I am a self-employed massage therapist and one of my Facebook business accounts has been restricted. About 6 weeks ago I kept getting these notifications stating I had to verify my identity, but they wanted a credit card number to do so. I talked to several other friends and professionals and they said it was a phishing expedition so I just ignored the notifications. I pulled up my Facebook post recently and now it is a restricted account. When I try to go to the links to verify my identity they say the links have expired. The business is Mobile Massage Works (I am located in Bend, Oregon) and I have had a Facebook business page since 2017 and would like to have this restored. I also have a secondary studio business called Midtown Bend Therapeutic Massage and I have asked several clients over the last month and a half to post Google reviews, however they are not posting to my Google my business page / Google business page listed under the account named Midtown Bend Therapeutic Massage and Mobile Massage Works. Not sure if that's something that you can help me figure out, some friends and colleagues have told me I asked too many people all at the same time to leave reviews so they (google?) feels that I might be incentivizing people or paying them to give me good reviews, but that is not the case. I have also asked people to redo their review a second time and those second reviews are not appearing on my business account as well. Just trying to get both of these issues alleviated. I have a lot of people that contact me via Facebook regarding my Mobile Massage Works account and wanting mobile massage and now it says restricted account. And I'm also trying to build up my new business Midtown Bend Therapeutic Massage and really need those reviews to bump me up. Not sure if I can set keywords in Google, but that would be a question as well.
