We're seeking a talented full-stack developer to join our team and contribute to our mission of empowering the next generation of workers. Responsibilities: - Work closely with our product team to develop and refine our free resume builder tool. - Help design and implement a user-friendly interface that appeals to our teen audience. - Develop secure and efficient backend functionality. - Collaborate on the creation of a dynamic web-based application that functions seamlessly on various devices. - Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging. - Contribute to discussions and decisions about system architecture and the application of new technologies. Expected Deliverables: - Completion of a user-friendly, responsive resume builder within an agreed-upon timeframe. - Consistent, clean, and efficient code that adheres to best practices and guidelines. - Regular updates on project status, potential roadblocks, and progress toward milestones. Skills & Experience: - Proven experience as a full-stack developer or similar role. - Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery). - Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js). - Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache), and UI/UX design. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a relevant field is a plus.
