| Apibūdinimas: | Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain a custom IDX platform for our real estate team that complies with the rules and regulations of the local board in Florida. Collaborate with our team to understand their needs and requirements for the IDX platform, and provide technical expertise and recommendations. Ensure the IDX platform is user-friendly, visually appealing, and provides accurate and up-to-date property listings and data from the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Conduct regular testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues or bugs in the IDX platform. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to IDX and real estate technology in Florida. Provide technical support and training to our team members to effectively utilize the IDX platform and leverage its features for lead generation and client engagement. Requirements: Strong experience in developing and customizing IDX platforms for real estate, preferably in Florida. Knowledge of the rules and regulations of the local board in Florida related to IDX and MLS data usage. Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS. Familiarity with real estate data standards such as RETS (Real Estate Transaction Standard) and RESO (Real Estate Standards Organization). Ability to work independently and collaboratively with our team to understand their requirements and deliver solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and vendors.
