| Apibūdinimas: | We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team and help us attract and retain top talent. As the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting top talent and building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring staff. Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes to attract top talent Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit Build and maintain relationships with hiring staff to understand their hiring needs and preferences Provide guidance and support to hiring staff throughout the recruitment process Manage the offer process and ensure a positive candidate experience Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and cost-per-hire Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role Proven track record of recruiting top talent in a competitive market Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring staff Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools If you are a results-driven recruitment professional with a passion for attracting top talent, we want to hear from you.
