Manage & conduct; multiple eBay accounts customer service provision (on behalf of our investor clients') 2. Manage our client(s) store refund requests, returns and disputes; in conjunction with our product research, sourcing & listings team. 3. Liaise (directly) with our investor clients (via Slack communications platform) to provide update(s) and support in relation to their store operation (as required) 4. Liaise with our product research, sourcing & listings team; to relay relevant information back to our clients' predominately regarding store performance matters; and issue invoices generated (via our team) for product purchasing conducted on their behalf. 5. Monitor clients' product purchasing budgets; in conjunction with our product research, sourcing & listings team. 6. Provide administrative support functions, in accordance with company needs and policies. 7. Conduct other duties (as required) within your scope of expertise; at the discretion of management.
