Apibūdinimas: Magic Talent Solutions is a small rapidly expanding recruiting and business consulting firm. We focus on B2B and B2C as we support both businesses and individuals with recruiting services, coaching, training, and much more! This is a contract position with the possibility of being permanent. This is a commission-earning position.


We are looking for a part-time or full-time account manager to help expand our services to new clients. Basic qualifications are as follows:


Job Responsibilities:

1. Follows up on new leads and referrals

2. Develops and maintains sales materials and current product knowledge

3. Prepares sales presentations, proposals, sales contracts, contract activation, service contracts maintenance, status reports, sales activity reports, sales goals, sales closings and sales follow-up calls

4. Identifies and resolves client concerns

5. Performs other duties as necessary


Qualifications:

1. At least 3+ years in account management (HR, Tech, Biotech a plus)

2. Have experience working closely with clients to address their needs

3. Excellent time management & interpersonal skills

4. Have reliable home internet

5. Highly organized

6. Motivated by results
