| Apibūdinimas: | I want to start out saying, this will be more like an internship, position for growth and for someone who believes strongly in our small studio. The reason the budget is so low is because we spent 5K on an animator last month, and have not been able to have anything finished, touched, or animated at all due to this Ukraine/Russia crisis. Because of this, we are in need of a fill animator who can help us with smaller tests and animations in the meantime. We don't have a full budget, I'm saying that upfront. But WE can do weekly payments. So normally we would pay half upfront, and half on completion. But if you are okay with us doing smaller weekly payments over a months time then it should help us out greatly!! Again, you can look at our portfolio and how much we've spent this year in our profile. We are serious about our work, but it is also entirely self funded by Myself. With an animator we can streamline our work, and finish these portfolio pieces to help studios see what we can do. Right now, we are working on a lot of League of Legends projects (fanmade) with the hopes to partner with Riot Games on making their cinematics. If you work with us and work with our low budget at the moment, you will be rewarded. We can show any kind of proof you need to show you we have a plan, goals, and pay our talent well. Covid, Inflation, Stock Market, & Russia/Ukraine crisis has not been very good this year for us and I hope you understand this in considering to work for us. I've attached a Word Document with a few of our projects and some things we are working on, as well as what I do and have done for our studio. Ideally, all we are looking for is someone who can animate or at least block/block + fairly well and can work with our rigs. We are looking for someone who has a pretty open schedule & really wants the experience bit is also okay with negotiating a payment plan structure until things resolve in the world at least. Small scale projects may include some facial animations, 24-frame tests such as walk/run cycles etc I appreciate your interest and will be glad to work with whoever we pick!
