We work with companies that are new (startups) or experiencing tremendous growth or change (one of our clients grew 50x last year). Our focus is to help companies build or create a foundation for scale. This year, our opportunities include assisting our clients with change management for their CX teams. Change management requires hands-on guidance and support. While all strategy is set by our founder, Ty Givens, execution happens across the board and that’s where you come in. We’re looking for Zendesk Administrators who can take the plans created and make them real in Zendesk. We're looking for someone to collaborate with , and execute on implementations on behalf of our client. Administrators with at least 2 years administering Zendesk, who have worked on at least 10 implementations are the best fit for us.
