| Apibūdinimas: | Require a skilled 3D landscape designer to design our front of our house. We have survey drawings showing all elevations and drawings of what we are wanting to do with the front of the house. If we can have this designed in 3D and also some options for how to soften up the front while offering shade for the pool area as we have retaining walls. Please offer foliage options in the 3D drawing and outdoor lighting. For this project, we would like 4 revisions so that we can review and add any additional items or modify if we don't like the overall look. Key deliverables required: 1. Draw 3D render based on supplied survey drawings. 2. Must have 3D drawing of house exterior. 3. Must include all front of the house features. 4. Require all files including the drawing files of which ever software is used. 4. virtual Fly through / walk through Supporting Documents: 1. House Dimensions: - Shows dimensions of house for 3D render. (Please use Photo for colour matching. 2. House Photo for reference. 3.
