Apibūdinimas: | We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to be a founding member of our newly created Guest Relations Department. In this role, you'll help manage the daily activities for our short-term rental hospitality business. You’ll act as the front line representative to our Guests, Quality Control Team, and Cleaning staff. If you’re entrepreneurial, well-disciplined, and a self-starter, we’d love to speak with you. Ultimately, your main goal will be to ensure every guest has a 5-star experience - especially as it relates to communications that take place before and during the guest’s reservation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing daily arrivals of guests who have made reservations from platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, VRBO, and other sources. This will include confirming guests have all of their check-in and check-out instructions as well as other daily tasks. The right individual for this role will be extremely detail-oriented, able to follow very specific instructions, set reasonable expectations for deadlines and keep them, have dependable access to the Internet, be available to work on a rotational schedule, and be punctual. Daily Tasks (example/partial) • Communicate with guests through our online software platforms • Answer questions from current, incoming, and prospective guests • Help guests check into their rental if they are having trouble • Ensure all future and daily checkouts have a cleaner assigned • Communicate with cleaners about their jobs for the day • Processing guest credit cards for their accommodations • Filing claims for guest damages on the online platforms • Writing guest reviews, after they check out Special Projects May Include • Creating training videos (with company provided software). • Writing communications templates • Setting up new rental listings on vacation rental websites Skill Sets Required • Outstanding customer service • Ability to remain calm, professional, patient, and polite in a time-sensitive work environment • Very strong written and spoken English skills • Ability to problem solve • Speed and accuracy • Ability to multi-task; managing multiple conversations simultaneously • Attention to detail • Ability to work with multiple technology platforms. i.e. Slack, Trello, Google docs/sheets, dialpad, clickup, Guesty • Must be able to work at least 20 hours per week in 4- or 8-hour shifts • Able to submit a 60+ second audio or video clip introducing yourself and exhibiting clearly spoken English Well qualified candidates will have customer service experience working in the hospitality field for one or more of the following: hotels, airlines, cruise ships, Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway/VRBO, Travelocity, Expedia, Trip Advisor, or other related platforms and Websites.
