| Apibūdinimas: | We are Uride, a ridesharing company operating in Canada. We are hiring for the position of Recruitment Officer to recruit drivers and providers to work on our platform. We are looking for a goal driven and motivated individual with fluent written and spoken English to join our team. This individual will have extensive recruitment experience, ideally in English speaking countries. The responsibilities of the position will include: - Follow and learn about our policies and procedures for recruiting drivers and providers. - Learn both Municipal and Provincial regulation regarding ride-sharing and requirements for drivers. - Contact applicants by email, messaging or calling them and following templates or scripts in order to onboard them to work on the Uride platform. - Record detailed information about each interaction with applicants who are interested in driving on our platform. - Work under our experienced Recruitment leads that will familiarize you with our internal policies and procedures. - Take on new responsibilities relating to Driver Engagement, Recruitment and Retention on an as needed basis, to be determined by our team.
