Daily Tasks: > Follow clear step by step support processes > Send emails (using templates) when necessary > Personalise email replies if needed in situations > Changing details in our website and platform > Reviewing and checking the accuracy of details > Communicating with our team via emails/slack > Urgently following up to admin requests by us > As requested by us, other virtual support tasks Must-Have: > Extremely High / Perfect "Attention to Detail" > Experience in using email programs and Slack > Experience with high-volume customer support > Fluent English - verbal & written understanding > A highly professional approach (you're reliable) > A reliable internet connection for your work Your Hours: > Approx 20 hours per week (an ongoing role) > Likely 2 hours each weekday morning/evening > Likely 2 hours every weekend (for momentum) APPLY NOW Introduce yourself!
