| Apibūdinimas: | Hours: 5-10 hours per week (virtual) Compensation: Hourly Bonus: available Summary Of Functions: Assist in all aspects of the lead generation: qualify, nurture and convert leads through calling, texting, and email communication, by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments. Manage CRM, follow up with clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead generation marketing • Daily lead management (buyer/seller) • Learn and implement our company scripts to deliver team value and overcome objections. • Model our Mission Statement and values in daily activities. • Prospect for the team • Track productivity daily • Outbound calling (cold calling) • Email & text leads daily as well as phone communication. • Convert leads to appointments • Property search, alerts and reports • Coordination of scheduling appointment for the agents • Manage CRM • Listings coordination • Assist in any other assignments as designated by the team leader.
