Our team is a group of passionate individuals who share our love of bringing new life into our buildings and communities. Our mission is simple: to provide profitable investments for our stakeholders while improving the communities we serve. We are looking for an experienced sales and marketing manager to help us grow and nurture our investor and off-market deals database as well as give advice on our sales and marketing campaigns. Preference is given to candidates with a real estate and construction background. This position will be reporting to the Principal and Operations Manager. Qualifications: - Excellent in monitoring the performance of all online marketing channels and ensuring weekly, monthly and quarterly growth projections. - Has experience growing sales funnel while subsequently increasing conversion rates. - Has experience overseeing marketing campaign metrics and can tweak the message successfully to create inbound traffic. - You have experience across multiple platforms with a speciality in Telesales, Email Marketing and Lead Generation; specifically, lead generation for capital raising. - Successful track record at growing social media presence while managing basic day to day functions (FB, Twitter, Linkedin, Insta, Industry specific posting sites) - Can communicate the company’s brand platform effectively while blending your own creative input - Experience in a commercial real estate environment a plus. Assist with the development of various collateral, ads, events, webinars podcasts and more to strengthen and promote re-viv’s brand and business. - Work directly with vendors in the development of marketing materials, case studies, brochures, advertising and more. - Writing, proofreading and layout of copy. - Production, layout and distribution of targeted emails / email campaigns. - Analytic reporting and documentation. - Manage, organize and archive project files. - Client relations and communication. - Updating the website as needed & posting blogs.
