| Apibūdinimas: | Our Opportunity: eCommerce Cosmos is looking for a customer-centric Email Marketing Manager who will oversee the email marketing for eCC's clients. This role will be responsible for the approach, execution, and measurement of promotional email marketing campaigns that increase customer engagement and drive incremental sales. This role is 100% remote. What you'll do: • Own and manage the marketing calendar for promotional emails, including strategic and tactical audience segmentation and support for integrated cross-channel campaigns. • Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns including creative briefing, creation, coding, and QA of promotional emails. • Maintain and optimize a testing agenda for A/B and multivariate testing frameworks. • Work with internal product marketing resources to ensure essential technical steps are taken for list selection, segmentation, and tracking. • Drive continuous improvement across email KPIs including deliverability, open rates, click-to-open rates, conversion rates, opt-out rates, and revenue. • Manage reporting requests and ongoing analyses for campaign performance, key insights, and strategic learnings. What you'll need: • A passion and track record for customer-centric marketing • 2+ years of email and/or direct marketing experience; ecommerce preferred • Bachelors degree, Masters a plus. • Experience with Klaviyo & Mailchimp preferred • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate information that influences data-driven business decisions. • Proven experience leading a campaign management function and outstanding attention to detail. • Be knowledgeable on email best practices, technologies, and trends Hourly Range: $15.00-$20.00 Posted On: August 15, 2020 03:04 UTC Category: Email Marketing Skills:Email Marketing Skills: Email Marketing Country: United States click to apply
