We are looking to establish a long term relationship with a designer who can deliver for us exclusively on Wix. BUSINESS GOALS Mission: This is for a label, talent and management company dedicated to nurturing independent artists in their development in the music industry. - Their goal is to reinvent the traditional label and make it something new, hip and urban. TARGET AUDIENCE Look attractive to a market of 18-29 year olds, music feel/ exciting SCOPE OF THE PROJECT 1. Home page - Attractive to target - Spotlights new releases/artists - Videos of artists our tour video ect. - Events and Tickets - Info on services 2. Artists EPK page 3. Shop - They sell merchandise, how to's pdfs 4. Bookings- EPK creation, social media design, business plans and set ups, ect. 5. Upcoming Events page 6. Past events page 7. The Create your label page - tells how membership works 8. Page for people to buy music, beats 9. Beat TV and The Beat Radio Station connected to Wix. Along with their playlists. This can be a page with both radio and tv on it. It will need a submission form for this. 10. Labels and promo codes page Member pages include: 11. Artists Development & learning materials. ( These have a bunch of PDF/ word downloads they can download from) they need a better form of organization, easy access and download, but not hard to find the topics.) This is constantly updated. 12. Contracts- basically just like #11 13. Performance opportunities- These are current live and virtual event openings. This page will need to be updated constantly. 14. Playlist Directory- They need to be able to combine this with the music directories. They have several spreadsheets that contain playlist info where to apply, managers and music industry contacts, Recording Studios, videographers ect.. in different cities ect.... They would like to have it look more clear, whether it's looked up by city and also being alphabetized. 15. Members page 16. A page for them to upload pictures, music, videos ect for submission for distribution and also a form for contact. Considering making this or a version of this one accessible to everyone. 17. Chat page - a place where members can share files and messages among themselves. The client has content for all pages. We just need to make a template design for each page. We will be bringing client content from the existing site.
