| Apibūdinimas: | Looking for an experienced virtual assistant to work for 4 hours per week for an initial 2 week trial (with opportunity to come on board long term). We need you to use Facebook to seek new connections and message them, post social media posts and quotes and dispatch email campaigns using Active Campaign email software. My company Simple Life Strategies is an uplifting coaching company helping people to start meaningful careers or businesses and do what they LOVE. You will be inspired to work with us! Deliverables: • Create & source quotes for social media • Post quotes & images on facebook & Instagram • Seek new connections on Facebook and message them (training, message scripts & templates will be provided for this) • Upload emails to Active Campaign & dispatch (video training will be provided) Required Experience: • Basic knowledge of Facebook (how to add a friend, use personal messenger, like comments etc) • Experience using an email software program (such as Active Campaign, Mailchimp, Drip etc) to upload & dispatch emails (Activecampaign experience a plus – but any platform will do as you will be fully trained on this task) • Speaks & understands English • Willing to be trained via video trainings and follow step by step instructions • Customer service experience a plus • Available for 4 hours per week To be a best fit for this project you need to: • Be a good clear communicator • Have experience working to deadlines • Be good at methodical, routine tasks • Strong attention to detail • Willing to learn new things • Have a positive, friendly attitude • Be kind and open minded If you are interested in this project, please reply with your prior experience and include the word 'amazing' in your cover letter title.
