| Apibūdinimas: | Lane Goodkind and Associates is a progressive, small Landscape Architecture and design studio seeking a designer/project manager with a minimum of 5 years experience working in an office with a diverse scale of projects. Our current work includes a wide range of projects with innovative clients in urban and rural locations. We are looking for part to full time help to start with the potential for full-time employment including benefits for local and remote team members who demonstrate the right skill set and motivation. The majority of our work is focused on large-scale adaptive re-use of existing buildings and neighborhoods with the goal of fostering more vibrant and pedestrian friendly communities. We are currently working to transform underused or abandoned large scale urban areas into new cultural centers for recreation and culinary adventure. These projects are located in Reno, NV, San Diego, CA, Santa Barbara, CA, Orange County CA Though our work consists primarily of landscape architecture our reputation for integrating architecture with natural environments requires a greater involvement in architectural design, site specific sculpture, and civil engineering. As a small office team members are involved in projects from design conception to details, demanding dedicated engagement in the entire process.
