| Apibūdinimas: | Seeking a Second Editor for my busy photography studio. Must be proficient with Lightroom CC Classic, be able to do color-corrections for good skin tones, add contrast, adjust exposures, and add filters to make the images pop with radial and gradient filters to tone down hot skies and sand, and add that extra "umph". You will be ingrained as an integral part of the team and workflow, so requires taking initiative to work on images as they come in, and seeing the process all the way from importing to uploading to client galleries and everything in between. Process includes: 1) Receive RAW files in synced DropBox folder. 2) Import and Cull in Lightroom 3) Color correct, straighten, crop as needed, adjust global exposure, contrast, highlights, etc 4) Add radial and gradient filters to skies and hot sand, and brighten subject for stylistic effect **** VERY IMPORTANT****** 5) Sequence for story flow 6) Add Metadata and keywords 7) Rename in Lightroom 8) Star images for vendors, keyword vendor images 9) Export High-Resolution JPG's back to sync'd DropBox folder 10) Create Collection of images for Blog post, export blog size with logo 11) Create Collection of images for Slideshow, export slideshow size without logo 12) Upload High-Res images to Client Gallery in ShootProof 13) Upload images to backup Zenfolio gallery (for safekeeping) 14) Upload images to SmartSlides and create slideshow 15) Upload images to Squarespace for new blog post (which I will write and post) 16) Save finished LIghtroom catalog PLUS - Updating Trello at every step of the process so everyone on the team knows where a client's images are in the process at all times. IDEALLY, THE ROLE WOULD ALSO INCLUDE OCCASIONAL: - Album designing in Fundy Designer - Occasional Retouching client Orders (though I have someone who does my retouching already, so this would be more of a backup for retouching when she's busy or out of town) Turnaround Requirements - Sneak Peeks of all shoots are needed 24-72 hours after you receive the images (varies depending on the type of shoot) - Portrait sessions/engagements/smaller shoots - full gallery back within 1 week - Weddings/events/ larger shoots - full gallery back within 3 weeks - If I send back notes, I then need those changes back within another 48 hours. Please include examples of your before and after work edited in Lightroom. Let me know if you are interested. I need someone to start immediately as this schedule change has come upon very suddenly and we have lots of shoots to get out the door.
