| Apibūdinimas: | Your Role At Dope Glass: Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business and marketing goals through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification. Lead and optimize overall social media strategy for official Dope Glass accounts to increase visibility and drive organic audience growth. Direct the creative and editorial operations of all organic and sponsored social media content. Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules; help lead and facilitate content planning meetings with the team. Become an advocate for the company in instagram space, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate; Track audience growth and campaign performance, create dashboards, and communicate results regularly across departments, working with the Data Analysis team to create more analyses on the ROI of social media. Review and approve instagram posts, ensuring alignment with voice, brand, and content standards. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications. Work closely with the Video Production team to create and optimize video content. Continuously improve our instagram profile by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social media metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on that information. We’re Excited About You If You Have: 1 - 2 years of social media or marketing experience; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Media, Business, Communications or other relevant fields; Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office; A thorough understanding of design elements and branding styles (familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or other graphic editing tools); An ability to comprehend and analyze social media analytics.
