Areas of activity include: --Design, Deploy and Documentation of new IT infrastructure for our clients --Support and Trouble shooting of clients' and internal systems --Clear and comprehensible expert phone support as needed MUST be ALWAYS available on telephone during Sydney Australian Office Hours. VOIP handsets will be provided. You must have outstanding English Verbal and Written skills. Please note that we are a small solutions provider for both infrastructure/servers and VOIP catering to small business market and the rates that we can afford are commensurate with our client base.
