This person must have superb skills in this program and the ability to research and input information from the internet into these databases. Databases files will be completed by contractor and emailed back to employer ready for mail merging. Contractor will request several marketing lists via email and will receive lists via email. Upon receiving lists, contractor will clean lists. Cleaning lists pertain to finding the owner of the property and verifying that the property meets the criteria of the Employer. Each property will be logged on the excel spreadsheet after the property has been cleaned. Candidate must have access to the internet.
