General concept: app needs to have the ability to scan a barcode, the initially scanned barcode causes the generation of a display filled with random inputs of data. But, the app must also log said barcode and the generated display so that if the same barcode was scanned a second time on the user's phone, the same random inputs of data would appear in the same order as on the first scanning. Stated differently, the scanning of the barcode does not need to draw any data from that barcode, but rather is merely used as a generation point and marker for the assignment of random data inputs displayed on the user's phone.
