| Apibūdinimas: | iLovereading Pte Ltd is looking for a Graphic Designer/Illustrator to design our Educational Magazine. Est Design Pages (10-50 pages) $30 per page. MAJOR FUNCTIONS: We are a leading education publisher and we are seeking for designer/ illustrator to work closely with our lead artist for a period of 12 months. PLEASE NOTE: The (designer/ illustrator) will pick and choose any vector/image files from shutterstocks library and inform ILR which image was chosen (please quote reference number) for their respective project. ILR will download high res file to illustrator for him/her to complete the project. QUALIFICAITONS: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign(A-Must) ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Design modern editorial pages, from flowing text to creating creative illustrations/graphics. 2) Design magazines layout, which requires communication with our lead artist through Skype/whatsapp or arrange a meet up in ilovereading office. 3) Specs will be provided by lead artist. 4) Must be able to work effectively, productively and independently. 5) Rapidly changing deadlines and priorities. 6) Please provide all your previous artwork related to magazine designs for our reference. 7) A formal contract will be issued to all (designer/ illustrator) upon confirmation of each project. SAMPLE OF CONTRACT FREELANCE ILLUSTRATOR/DESIGNER AGREEMENT This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by _________ (designer/ illustrator) and ilovereading.sg Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore, registered address at 629 Aljunied Road #03-09 Cititech Industrial Building, Singapore 389838. In consideration of the mutual agreement made herein, the parties agree as follows: · The (designer/ illustrator) agrees to draw/design __ pages of content for ilovereading.sg Pte Ltd (The Publisher) to publish in iThink/ Inspire/ i magazine, printed or digitally, globally. · The Publisher agrees to pay (designer/ illustrator) a fee of _____Dollars, or S$____ for __ pages. The (designer/ illustrator) will transfer the ownership of the drawing to the Publisher and thereafter, the publisher owns the copyright of the article. · The publisher may publish the artwork at its own discretion, printed or digitally via various platform/s owned by the publisher or re-direct the article to 3rd party publisher/ distributor in any format for publishing. · The (designer/ illustrator) guarantees that the drawing character will not contain material that is consciously libelous, slanderous, obscene, pornographic or defamatory. Final artwork must be original production from the (designer/ illustrator) · The (designer/ illustrator) will pick and choose any vector/image files from shutterstocks library and inform ILR which image was chosen (please quote reference number) for their respective project. ILR will download high res file to illustrator for him/her to complete the project. · The (designer/ illustrator) are not allow to further use the vector/image downloaded files from shutterstocks for his or her personal projects. · All final artwork are to submit to ILR in Adobe Illustrator/InDesign High res PDF with 5 mm bleed (FA Design) Magazine Size : 21.5 cm (W) x 28.5 cm (H) · Payment will be transfer via paypal or escrow within upwork platform, 3 days upon completion.
