| Apibūdinimas: | I want a Windows desktop program that will manipulate the graphic image of one page PDF files (the PDF file has no text, only one A4 size image) in this manner. 1. It will allow user to cut out a strip (of say 3mm width horizontally or vertically) 2. It will allow user to copy a 'replacement strict (of say 3mm width horizontall or vertically to be used to replace that cut out strip. (a strip: I mean a long and very narrow oblong area) purpose of this program is to allow user to fix some damaged area with good area. User should have following control: 1. starting point (user can choose any point to start within that A4 area) 2. width to cut (or to copy and replace) initial default will be 3mm 3. the folder that contains all the PDF file (each of one A4 image) 4. after user specified above, every PDF would be 'fixed' (one strip cut out, replaced by another) an example PDF file is attached. It really makes no difference which image it is. So you do not really need to see this PDF sample, if you know what I want to do the utility program can be written with any language.
