| Apibūdinimas: | Hello, We have developed a spreadsheet that allows us to input daily consumption, inventory on hand and then based on # of days of cushion, # of days of turnaround and days between deliveries, it will predict how much product should be ordered to ensure they do not run out of inventory before their next shipment and maintains a cushion at their store. The problem we are running into is when we test the equation on what to order on a calendar, it does not work. I'd like to speak with someone that can explain to me the equation we need to use to figure out how much to order based on the days of cushion and order frequency (Weekly, monthly, etc).
