We are a leading skincare brand selling products across multiple websites and ecommerce marketplaces as well as nationwide offline presence. You can visit one of our brands here:



We are looking for an experienced customer service specialist that can take ownership and build customer service system.

We are also open to hire a management position that will be in charge of all the below and hire and manage under our account resources for execution.

You will need to have experience with:

- Ticketing software experience

- Helping to build good customer relations

- Creating canned reply

- Managing people

- Training and development

You will need to be available for communication via Slack, phone, email, and text if necessary.

You need be generally available during US hours to work. You do not have to be located in the US but again it is preferred just for the sake of easy communications.

Please describe your experience working on Ticketing Software.

We are looking to establish a long-term relationship with a viable candidate.

We estimate at first this will be a 10-20 hours a week and grow with performance.

We are looking to work directly with a person and not with an agency.

You need to have native level English.

Last but not least, we're looking for someone enthusiastic and positive in nature! You will need to work with multiple stakeholders on multiple projects and it's always better to do it with a positive attitude :)
