OVERVIEW: I need an all-in-one person (iOS app development + design) or team to create a mobile application for iPhone for me very similar to this one: https://itunes.apple.com/ai/app/quizup/id718421443?mt=8 DESCRIPTION: * Features: Start with only these features: - User generated quizzes feature (anyone can create a quiz from the app itself or from a website and have it published). - The ability for users to play against each other (each user will be matched with any other user in the world that selected the same topic at the same time or at a previous time). - The ability to match users with Bots if there are no other users who are able to play or if there are not any more users who have played that specific topic. - Ability for users to sign up / login using email address (we can add facebook and other sign up methods later). - Ability for users to chat with each other via a chat inbox and notifications to appear. - The app should be able to run on iPad, it does not have to be custom made for it, but it should work on it. So It should be the exact same as the QuizUp app in terms of features except for the following features: community feed, commenting in the topic forums. But we should be able to add these in the future. As I grow, and as the app picks up momentum, I will need the app to grow and thus for you to add more features and improve the app. * Budget: We're a startup so we don't have a big budget at all, but there is definite opportunity for longterm work and even a full time position. If the budget is too low, we can remove the user generated feature and simply make it a quiz app for which the content we will upload ourselves, in that case though, we will still need a CMS or some kind of back-end where from to create the quizzes. * Using the app should be very user friendly and easy.
