| Apibūdinimas: | We are currently in the process of changing our legal name from Baker Tilly MKM to our old name ARCA (Al Rubaie – & Partners – Chartered Accountants); the new fully functional website is at www.arca.ae . We need a an updated Joomla interface resembling the attached websites in ‘mockups’ file, and using the new ‘logo’ file. Our budget for this is a total of $500 including $50 reserved for the pictures (banners etc.) material (reimbursable if not used). All the back end is currently easily adjustable and I need you to use it without changing anything technical (e.g. modules, plugins, labels, etc.) without consent. I am ready to pay per percentage completion from the following milestones: 1) interface mockup (I will login to check if it using the same Joomla interface and back end).(use either or both the mockups attached as reference) 2) logo update (use logo attached) 3) banner update (instructions below) 4) interface update part 1 - interface adjustment and fine tuning 6) interface update part 2 - ensure & test website is fully functional & integrated with new design 7) link 'Create an account' link @ http://arca.ae/member-registration.html to Subscriber Registration @ http://arca.ae/register.html (based on http://bakertillymkm.com/register.html). This is derived from iContact as a code that I need to paste or link to there. Please only use our ARCA.ae hosting to update the site, but at a different directory (e.g. arca.ae/v2). The platform including forms and modules are solid and we are happy with their functionality. We just want an improved, non cartoon-like non childish design. Banner: Banners need to fit each page’s contents, and you need to send me their non modified images. Emphasis is on a proper banner slideshow for the home page especially, which can accurately depict the company’s main fields in picture format (only 4 main fields as shown), and at least 1 for its core values (mentioned as: a fusion of efficiency, timeliness, and ethics). The others can have as many as you want, but they must be relevant to each page. If you don’t think it is a legal issue to get images besides from iStockPhoto, but cite (give the link) for each image either way so we can check legality and have the original banner image. $50 will be reserved for the banner and any portion of it reimbursed at the end of the project of not used.
