We need someone who has excellent verbal communication skills, who is reliable and has a good sense of programming logic and one who can also help us with technical advise and decision making when needed. The position will be LONG TERM and ONGOING as we will need the person to work at least 5 to 6 hours a day. Please review the details below carefully before bidding. The person we are looking for we are looking for SHOULD HAVE: 1. Have excellent knowledge and years of experience with PHP and Wordpress. 2. Can understand complex programming logic and build the right solutions which may include custom plugins, widgets etc. 3. Have very strong PHP/Jquery/Ajax/XML Skills and should follow standard coding patterns with well documented code. 4. Should be fluent in speaking English (Both written and verbal). 5. Should be able to attend meetings, discuss project details, propose creative solutions to problems. 6. Should be available when needed, show up on the set time, work full 6 to 7 a day. Please note that honesty, timely availability and commitment is very important here. If you are not the above person and have any of the following issues below, please DO NOT BID. 1. If you have too much going on already and cannot be available when needed.. 2. If you do not have any of the above skills, expertise and requirements. 3. If you have a bad internet connection and cannot talk on Skype or attend meetings or screenshare. 4.
