| Apibūdinimas: | I want to be able to allow someone who calls our twilio phone number to have their live audio routed using the twilio outbound sip protocol to the wit.ai streaming audio processing function. Then based on what the user says use twilio to reply with custom way. Ideally this is done in PHP but I am open to other languages. I have built a system which works, but uses the record functionality of twilio which then passes a file to twilio to process but this is too slow, takes around 5-10s to parse, before an answer comes.
