| Apibūdinimas: | Hello all, Our team is aiming to launch a marketplace based on ilance 4.0. We need a PHP programmer who is fluent in iLance script to finish work that has been done by a team that abandoned us. Should everything work well we would like to maintain an annual contact, at that time developer will support the site, develop modules etc. Basicly we are looking fora professional to work at his home or office and do nothing else. No other freelancing. The pros and cons of this job. 1. Pros: a)You will have satisfactory monthly salary. b) You will get bonusses if you do fast and quality job which is really satisfactory. c) After 2 month past, if we can decide to go longer term you can hire another person to work with you and you can manage the work progress as a team (you will be in charge of that) d.) This is a 12 month hiring minimum. After finishing the first project we will go to the next project. So that we are looking for a long term dedicated person. (First project is 80 percent finished and there is 3 more months to finish it for a single person. The next project is again a marketplace similar to www.flipkart.com or www.snapdeal.com) 2. Cons: a) You will not be working as a freelancer anymore. (except your leisure time). b) Monthly working hours is 150 hours per month minimum and 170 hours per month maximum. c) Maybe you can earn more as a freelancer but this is a stable job with opportunity to become a head of a team. d) Payment will be done in two phases Fist payment at 15th of month and second payment 30 of month and payment will be done after the work is done. There will not be any upfront prepayment as we have been cheated by two different companies since we were making upfront prepayment and we could not get any script from both of them). e) After 9 months of work if we both are satisfied I can invite you to work for me in my country(turkey) and I will provide all accommodation, Visa, Flight tickets etc.(of course if you also want it) Work will be monitored by Timedoctor. Additionally work will be done on our Server which will generate a daily changes SVN.
