Display the newer of the most recent tweets from two different accounts in WordPress

| Apibūdinimas: | We are a company of two looking to add our latest tweet to the top-bar of our WordPress site. It is up to you how this is done. We want to show tweets from two users in one feed, but only display the NEWEST SINGLE tweet. The process would look something like the following: 1. Retrieve the tweets from user #1 and store in a list. 2. Retrieve the tweets from user #2 and store in the same list. 3. Sort the list by the timestamps of the tweets. 4. Display only the NEWEST tweet (the first or newest item in the list) I am attaching a screenshot of how it should look on the site. The tweet is displayed in the top-left of the top bar. As the tweet will display in a single line, the length will also have to be limited somehow. I can provide any assets you may need to complete the job.
