| Apibūdinimas: | Hi and thanks for checking out this position. First of all, I want to be very clear that I am only looking for North American Applicants ONLY please! We recently did a full scale audit of our site, and I'm looking for someone who can tackle implementing all of the changes. All pretty basic things, but am willing to pay a little more for the right high level person who I can rely on to do the job right the first time perfectly. This position also requires someone has expert skills in page load in performance techniques for 2014...not just with compression, etc...but ability to spot where code can be streamlined and that page content will only load in when accessed (i.e. not loading in the site below the fold or only as user is reading content). Additionally I'm looking for this person to be based in North America. My lead coder is in India, but I need some support for U.S. time zone. If you've read this please put the term "site speed" in your response / resume. Also, I have 50,000 hours or so logged with oDesk so please don't apply if you are a flake, "faking" your expertise, unreliable, padding hours and the sort.
