Wordpress + Thesis framework developer to create a portfolio for my site

I'm using Thesis 1.8.5 with the Fremedy v1.3 child theme on Wordpress 3.5.2 and I need a skilled Wordpress developer with Thesis framework experience to: 1. Add a 2 or 3 column portfolio, that's easy to update and that links to the individual portfolio items (plugins are fine, free or premium, but I'm running into the issue that the Fremedy theme has a built in portfolio function that might need to be disabled, since it was interfering with some of the portfolio plugins i've already tried to install) 2. Individual portfolio item pages with longer text descriptions and details of the portfolio item 3. Remove the sidebar from the portfolio page 4. Remove the sidebar from the individual portfolio items that the portfolio links to 5. Have 2 dropdown filters that let users filter the portfolio by 1. category and 2. features (like this portfolio: http://my.studiopress.com/themes/) 6. Have specific plugin(s) or custom coding solutions to offer me that are compatible with my current Wordpress configuration, I don't have time to look around and need you to offer me options to choose from The portfolio will be used to highlight design projects and will be an image and text (the text will either overlay the image or become visible when the user hovers over the image). It needs to load quickly and not slow down the performance of my site.
