Add details such as baseboards, moldings, and other architectural features. Interior Layout and Furniture: Develop the interior layout with accurate room dimensions and placements. Include essential fixtures and furniture for each room to enhance visualization. Lighting: Implement both natural and artificial lighting to enhance the realism of the model. Ensure proper lighting effects and shadows are included in the final render. Rendering: Provide high-quality rendered images and walkthroughs of the 3D interior model. Ensure the renderings showcase different perspectives and lighting conditions. Deliverables: 3D Model Files: Editable 3D model files in formats such as .skp (SketchUp), .blend (Blender), .dwg (AutoCAD), or other industry-standard formats. Rendered images and walkthroughs in high resolution. Project Timeline: Detailed project timeline with milestones and deadlines for each phase (e.g., initial modeling, texturing, lighting, final render).
