Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Android applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as an Android App Developer. Strong proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin. Experience with Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services. Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices. Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning. Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks. Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications. Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with agile development methodologies. Familiarity with continuous integration. Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
