Apibūdinimas: I'm a tech entrepreneur who managed 10 Airbnb and long-term properties in the US. I seek a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant with QuickBooks and bookkeeping experience. My ideal candidate is someone who likes a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented and possesses excellent communication skills. The role has very good flexible hours, and the job is remote;


Responsibilities:


- Manage scheduling, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the properties

- Handle bank reconciliation tasks in QuickBooks online, including invoicing, expense tracking, and report generation.

- Communicate effectively with the Airbnb guests and vendors, mostly over the phone in text messages

- Assist with project management

- Undertake occasional tasks and projects as needed


Requirements:


Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.

Good knowledge of QuickBooks and financial management.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in Google Workspace.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.


Hourly Range: $10.00-$20.00
