The role has very good flexible hours, and the job is remote; Responsibilities: - Manage scheduling, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the properties - Handle bank reconciliation tasks in QuickBooks online, including invoicing, expense tracking, and report generation. - Communicate effectively with the Airbnb guests and vendors, mostly over the phone in text messages - Assist with project management - Undertake occasional tasks and projects as needed Requirements: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role. Good knowledge of QuickBooks and financial management. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Google Workspace. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
