Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for property-related inquiries, communicating effectively with local agents, landlords, and other relevant parties. Make phone calls in Japanese on behalf of the employer to gather information, schedule appointments, and facilitate property-related discussions. Due Diligence: Investigate and verify details related to the process of property acquisition or long-term rental in Japan. Provide the employer with a detailed analysis of legal and procedural requirements for property transactions in Japan. Advisory Role: Offer informed advice and insights based on local knowledge and market conditions. Assist in the decision-making process by presenting pros and cons of different property options. Personal Assistance: Undertake tasks related to administrative support, including managing schedules and coordinating appointments. Facilitate any necessary payments or transactions related to property inquiries. Qualifications: Fluent in Japanese with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to conduct fast and efficient research in Japanese. Comfortable making phone calls in Japanese to handle property-related matters. Knowledgeable about the Japanese real estate market and familiar with rural areas. Ideally, a property owner in Japan with firsthand experience in the real estate process. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and remotely.
