About the role As a Web Product Manager at Cozymeal, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create exceptional products, improve user engagement, boost conversion rates, and manage our development processes. **In this role you’ll get to:** Manage the product lifecycle in whole - from ideation, exploration, approval, development, implementation, execution to measurement and ongoing development Create and maintain detailed product specs to guide development teams. Develop and maintain operational metrics and financial reporting to accurately measure product performance (conversion rate, customer loyalty, experience, forecasted revenue, etc.) Identify areas for user experience enhancement by analyzing user feedback and data. Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences and implement strategies to increase user engagement on the platform. Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to drive improvements. Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives Own product backlog and collaborate closely with the development team to manage and prioritize the backlog **Qualifications:** 4+ years of proven experience in product management, with a focus on web and mobile applications. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Strong leadership skills with experience leading a remote team. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and user research techniques. Proficiency in agile methodologies, including sprint and scrum. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
