Key Responsibilities: • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement an effective social media strategy to increase the online visibility and engagement of our founder's personal brand. • Content Creation: Create engaging and high-quality content, including text, image, and video posts, that aligns with the client's brand voice and messaging. • Platform Management: Manage and maintain social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube. Stay updated on platform trends and algorithms. • Audience Growth: Increase the follower count and engagement rate by developing and executing strategies for organic growth. • Audience Engagement: Foster a sense of community among the audience by actively responding to comments, messages, and inquiries. • Content Calendar: Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent, on-brand content posting. • Analytics: Regularly monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to refine and optimize strategies for greater impact. Other Occasional Tasks: · Invoice follow-ups via email only and handling speaking engagement requests from social media channels/emails Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role for Authors/Speakers/Influencers • Exceptional knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends. • Proficient in content creation and social media management tools. • Strong social media copywriting and visual communication skills. • Data-driven and analytical mindset. • High level of creativity and innovation. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Understanding of leadership development, executive and team coaching concepts is a plus.
