Apibūdinimas: | Looking for a Customer Service Representative for a B2C subscription service. Currently working in email directly, but will be transitioning to ZenDesk soon. Currently email support only, in future may add chat and phone possibly. Typical customer questions: - Cancel subscription - Refund request - Product questions - technical issues Looking for someone who not only will respond to customer question and resolve customer requests, but also someone has experience with ZenDesk and can generate reports, provide feedback to product team, create and improve CS processes, and can grow and manage a team and hopefully enter a leadership role within the Customer Support team.
