We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of trader behaviors and the ability to implement highly effective campaigns with low cost per acquisition. Responsibilities: - Paid Media Channels Management: Design, develop, and execute high-volume converting campaigns across various paid media channels. - Optimize ads to achieve a high click-through rate and low CPA. - Landing Page Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Craft compelling and high-converting landing pages to address traders' desires and pain points. - Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure seamless user experience. - Marketing Analytics and Reporting: Set up tracking systems, monitor campaign performance, and generate accurate reports to guide future decision-making. - Understanding the Forex and CFD Industry: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors' activities to ensure our marketing strategies remain competitive. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, content marketing, and product management to align marketing strategies with business goals. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). - Proven track record in managing paid media campaigns and achieving high conversion rates. - Strong understanding of trader psychology and the ability to articulate these insights through ads. - Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, including Google and Facebook Ads, with the ability to set up tracking and reporting. - Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills. - Must be a Malaysian resident or willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur.
