Apibūdinimas: We are currently seeking highly motivated and organized individuals to join our team as Appointment Setters. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in connecting our company with potential clients by scheduling appointments for our sales team. This is a remote position, and the initial interview will be conducted in a group setting over Zoom.


Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound messaging (no cold calling) to prospective clients to generate interest in our products/services

- Engage with potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner to schedule appointments

- Follow scripts and guidelines provided to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all appointments and interactions in our CRM system

- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate schedules and ensure timely follow-up

- Utilize social media platforms, including Facebook and others, to identify potential leads and engage with them

- Continuously strive to meet or exceed appointment setting targets and performance metrics


Requirements:

- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive phone demeanor

- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Ability to adapt to different client personalities and effectively handle objections

- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision

- Proficient computer skills, including navigating social media platforms

- Experience using CRM software is a plus

- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus, but not necessary
