| Apibūdinimas: | We are currently manufacturing on-site in our factory in Pennsylvania. We would like to design, manufacture and launch a new Pet toy. The goal would be to make it on our own injection molding machines. We are a made-in- USA, certified women-owned premium, oral care business that has been the #1 toothbrush brand in the natural products space for 15 years. We were established in 1983 and our second generation family owned business. Our children’s toothbrushes the #1 children’s toothbrush on Amazon USA. We manufacture in our own factory in Eastern PA and our portfolio includes oral care for Adults, Children and Pets too. We are experienced in selling in to Distributors, Retailers in Brick and Mortar and Online / Ecommerce platforms and many other formats. We are a fluid and flexible privately-owned company that is able to build out new business strategies / opportunities as they arise to ensure success. This project includes: - Research of the market, trends, and competitor products - Design a product that fits with the RADIUS look and feel - Must be very unique and innovative - Must be simple and elegant in manufacturing with very little touch-points / rework needed so it can be made in the USA - Helping with Coordinating 3D samples and design files to allow us to take it to full-scale Production with our in-house Operations team and Vendor Partners (components, packaging, molds, design drawings, etc) - Project Management to ensure on-time launch and alignment of all vendors and components You will work directly with the CEO, the Molding Manager and the Process Manager. There is opportunity for additional new product designs if the partnership and working relationship is a success. We have a number of new products we would like to launch.
