| Apibūdinimas: | Recently converted 2 single member LLC's to S-Corps for 2021 tax year. I am prepping both 1120's using Turbo Tax and have all income and expenses input, but am running into difficulty with regard to balance sheet input and calculations. Ideally, I would love to arrange a Zoom call to screen share and have a tax professional review the the inputs and/or advise on changes needed AND review our balance sheets to be certain that I have entries accurate there. Currently we are showing prior year profits for years prior to taking the S-corp election and I am not certain if that is correct or if beginning year balances should all be zero. Estimate this will take 1-2 hours or less for someone who is familiar with this type of scenario.
